Healthy, Vegan, Guilt-Free Quinoa Hamburger

ingredients

1/2 cup Lilly K Organic White Quinoa
1/2 cup red lentils
1.5 cups water
1 tsp curry powder
1 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp cumin
2 Tbsp flax seeds
2 Tbsp water
4 burger buns
4 leaves lettuce
4 slices tomato
1 hand full micro greens
4-8 Tbsp 5-Minute Basil Pistachio Pesto or Out of This World Tahini Herb Sauce

preparation

1. Boil the red lentils and the quinoa separately until cooked.
2. Mix the patty ingredients until evenly combined.
3. Flatten the beef into a thin layer.
4. Form a patty with your hands.
5. Assemble the burgers with the patty, lettuce, micro greens, and tomato.
