1 cup cooked Lilly K Chickpeas
2 cups cooked Lilly K Organic White Quinoa
1/3 cup Basil, fresh
1/2 Cucumber
1/2 tsp Garlic powder
1/2 tsp Oregano, dried
1 Red bell pepper
1/2 Red onion, small
1/4 cup Sun-dried tomatoes
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1/2 cup Kalamata olives
2 tbsp Lemon juice
1 tsp Maple syrup
1 Salt & pepper
1/3 cup Olive oil
1 tbsp White wine vinegar
1/4 tsp Cumin, ground
1/4 cup Feta cheese or whatever you like


1. Mix all ingredients in medium bowl.
2. Add any optional toppings.
